2008 Who’s Who in Asian American Communities Leaders & Legends Honorees Announcement
The Who’s Who in Asian American Communities is proud to announce two new changes to its 3rd Annual WWAAC program. The WWAAC Leaders and Legends awards show will be the grand finale of the National Association of Asian American Professionals’ (NAAAP) 22nd Annual Convention in Los Angeles in August. Secondly, the WWAAC Award show will be televised and aired to an estimated 15-million homes across the nation. On Saturday, August 23rd - the WWAAC Leaders and Legends awards show will showcase and recognize the accomplishments of dedicated and successful Asians who serve as role models in the community.

WWAAC is proud to announce two new changes to its 3rd annual gala.  WWAAC will be the grand finale of NAAAP's National Convention on SAT, AUG 23rd. Secondly, it will be televised and aired in millions of homes across the nation.

After 25 Years, NAAAP Adopts New Vision & Mission!
At its annual National Leadership Retreat (held this year in Toronto, Canada), the Board of Directors of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) formally adopted a new vision and mission!

Naaap Colorado is pleased to announce the continuation in Professional Development Training for American Asian Professionals. The workshop is specifically designed for the challenges faced by Asian American professionals in diversified culture. Receive practical solutions for the problems you face at work, gain awareness of the diversified work culture, and learn steps to succeed in the American Work Environment. Sponsored by Miss Asian American Colorado, Sigma Psi Zeta (UC Boulder), and the National Association of Asian American Professionals (Colorado), the luncheon will begin with a brunch, followed by networking activities and a keynote speaker (TBA). The goal of this event is to unite Asian Pacific American women, both students and working professionals, to gain valuable experience, career coaching, and working relationships. As APA women share similar experiences in the workplace, building an APA women's network is important for career development and support.
