The Fire On December 5th, 2011, the Lao Buddhist Temple of Colorado in Westminster burnt down. A pillar of hope and strength for the Laotian community was destroyed in a matter of hours. All that remained were a few pieces of darkened debris and remnants of memories that had filed the temple with meaning and heart.
