FUNCTION
The Casino Host is responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction, and increasing rated play.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
a. Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
b. Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
c. Friendly – Use customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to provide superior guest service.
d. Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
· Develops and manages the budget for premium slot play and VIP promotions.
· Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers.
· Evaluates customers play for comping needs.
· Responsible for managing and increasing rated both tables and slots.
· Communicates with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotional opportunities and special events.
· Communicates between guests and staff department to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Reviews and manages departmental financial data.
· Reviews activities and promotional status with the Management Team.
· Meets with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
· Other duties assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years experience in sales, marketing or casino operations with a 4 year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese effectively (speaking & writing).
- Must hold a valid CO Gaming License and TIPs Certification.
