MillerCoors is a sponsor of NAAAP Colorado and we are proud to partner and assist them during their MillerCoors Water Stewardship Volunteer Month. Click here to learn more about their Water Stewardship and Conservation program.

For the second year, MillerCoors is generating awareness throughout the month of September to one of beer's most important ingredients: water. Great water is essential to brewing great beer. Each day, they work to conserve water inside their brewery by finding ways to reduce, reuse and recycle - it's all part of ensuring the future of their business. On Sept. 11 we'll work to conserve and protect water outside their brewery, in the Clear Creek Watershed.

We encourage you to join us and others in Golden as we volunteer for their fourth annual Friends of the Forest Day with the National Forest Foundation and the US Forest Service from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September 11. We will be working in Gilpin County, above Black Hawk, on the Elk Park Watershed and Elk Creek restoration project.

T-shirt and lunch provided by MillerCoors.

When registering, please select your T-Shirt size and if you are available for carpooling.

For the third year in a row NAAAP Colorado supports the Be Beautiful Be Yourself Jet Set Fashion Show as a community partner. This fundraiser is an important step towards helping the 6,000 people in Colorado with Down syndrome through research, education, medical services, training, advocacy, public awareness and legislative support. Silent Auction Captain (12)
Job Description: Bidding closes promptly at 7:00 p.m. Once bidding closes, you are responsible for collecting each and every bid sheet from your table(s). We ask that you do this quickly and take extra effort in turning in your bid sheets immediately to the Head Bid Sheet Collector. The Head Bid Sheet Collector will be organizing the bid sheets and taking them to Auction Processing for entry into the computer system. It is most imperative that you collect sheets quickly and turn them in - this is the best way to provide fast and quality customer service to our guests.
Once you have submitted your bid sheets, please assist in helping transport the items on your assigned tables to the Auction Pick-up Area.
Time Commitment: Saturday, October 2, 4:30-7:30pm, then 7:45-9:00pm

Check-In for VIP Guests (8)

Job Description: The VIP Check-in team will ensure the VIP guests are welcomed and dealt with very professionally. They will know details about the entire event and able to answer any questions. They will direct the VIP guests to the 4^th floor, where the VIP reception will take place.

Time Commitment: Saturday, October 2, 4:30pm-6:30pm.

Registration and Live Auction Spotters (10)

Job Description: The Registration/Live Auction Spotters will have TWO assignments for the evening. The Team will begin with at the Registration Tables. The Team will assist with the registration process. After the registration ends, the team will serve as Live Auction Spotters in the main ballroom where the event will take place. Each spotter will locate bids during the live auction. They will retrieve information from bidder on a bid slip and get signature. Bid slip will be taken to cashiering.

Time Commitment: Saturday, October 2, 4:30-6:30pm, then 7:45-9:00pm
