Welcome to the home of the NAAAP Colorado Toastmasters Club!
NAAAP LEAD Toastmasters is a new as-yet unchartered club catering to the Asian-American community in the Denver metropolitan area. It is sponsored by the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, with an emphasis on developing leadership skills among the Asian American community.

How Much Does It Cost?
If you are planning to join NAAAP LEAD:
$25 NAAAP LEAD Membership Fee
$ 0 Toastmasters New Member fee (to be paid by LEAD)
$36 Toastmasters International 6-month membership

$61 check to NAAAP Colorado
If you are not planning to join NAAAP LEAD:
$20 Toastmasters New Member fee
$36 Toastmasters International 6-month membership
-----
$56 check to NAAAP Colorado
(Existing members of Toastmasters do not need to pay the $20 New Member fee)
A couple of things to note about the fees. First, our club is not charging a ‘local club’ fee, but this might change in the future. Most clubs charge a nominal fee to cover club expenses. Second, all Toastmasters clubs pay 6-month dues in April and October for the respective six month period. Thus, Toastmasters International dues will be paid once again in April 2012. Normally, these would be $36, but since we have already paid 6-months in advance, the April dues will be prorated by the amount of the “extra months”. If we charter in February, for example, the Toastmasters International April dues for charter members will only be $12 for the period from Apr to Sep 2012 since you have already paid for Feb – July. ($6 for August and $6 for September.) If we charter in a different month, the numbers will change accordingly.
In the event that we do not charter, the Toastmasters International membership fee will be returned to you. The club officers would be happy to answer any questions about the club dues at our meeting.
